General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Extensions Update page giving me message about uninstalled extension

Hello.
I have noticed recently that when I click on the Extensions Update page in my Joomla 4 website it lists me the extensions I used and require updates as always but I am also now getting the warning messages below about jch_optimise.

I uninstalled jch_optimise before I migrated to Joomla 4 last year (or thought I had) as I think I saw it wasn't Joomla 4 ready then. I haven't had these messages before and when i search extensions on my site for 'jch' nothing comes up.

I certainly did use it when my site was Joomla 3 so maybe there is still some left overs somewhere that i need to removed but I would appreciate some guidance in where to look and how to safely remove.

I am getting a dead website when I try to visit jch_optimise website which is why i am asking the Joomla community.
