The error comes from the third party Joomla 3 extension Attachments. The Joomla Extensions Directory (JED) does not have a later version. However a version for Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 is available from Github: Version 4.0.1. Just ran a quick test of version 4.0.1 in Joomla 4 and Joomla 5. It worked but you may have to turn off Error Reporting to filter Deprecated messages, depending on the version of PHP the website is using.
